Experienced industry individuals share opportunities and prospects in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs

The Department of Pharmaceutical Technology organised a seminar on 'Opportunities, Challenges, and Rewards in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs' on November 2, 2022. Dr. Kamal Krishna Halder, Assistant Drugs Controller (India), Central Drug Standard Control Organisation, East Zone, Kolkata and Suman Kumar Ghosh, Founder Director, Mapasu e-learning, Kolkata were the guest speakers at the event.

While interacting with the students, Dr. Kamal Krishna Halder shared his vast experience in this sector. "The medical device industry is going to be a blooming sector," he informed.

Furthermore, the speakers highlighted the importance of industry-academia collaboration. They also pointed out the blooming sector of medical devices in the country which can offer various career prospects to Pharmacy students.
