Creating future leaders

To celebrate, acknowledge and appreciate innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, the Department of Management and Commerce, Brainware University along with Institutions’ Innovation Council celebrated World Entrepreneur Day by MIC Driven Activity on August 24, 2021 from 2PM.

The panel members talked about the importance of entrepreneurship and the need to increase the number of job creators.The entrepreneurs present there encouraged the young students to take up chances and make changes. "Our main aim is always to generate avenues of income in an innovative manner. Self employment is our goal and that is why entrepreneurship is important," one of the panel members said.

Entrepreneurship makes you aware of the reality of what you are capable to achieve and how it can positively impact your life.Entrepreneurship is vital not just for job creation but a very essential and integral part of our economic growth and problem-solving."Mentors are important in this field because you need to understand what exactly to do to make it work. That is why I think it is great that Brainware has such a cell to promote entrepreneurship" added one of the panel members.

The panel members answered students’ queries regarding their entrepreneurial career. Brainware University’s promises to organise more such events to enrich and inspire students in the future.
