A positive approach is the key to survival in the healthcare sector; industry insider advises at seminar

Supriya Chakraborty, Assistant General Manager, Human Resource and Training discussed the role of the BBA graduates in the hospitals while speaking at a seminar on 'Opportunities as BBA in Hospital Management and Survival Strategy in WorkPlace', organised by the Department of Hospital Management on 23rd August.

Chakraborty made the session interactive and while talking to the students, she highlighted the responsibilities of a Hospital Management graduate. She also shared her own experience as a skilled professional in this sector. "You people are lucky as you have got the opportunity to choose a professional curriculum from the graduate level. We did not have this option," she added. She said that as a healthcare professional, one should have a positive approach.

The enriching experience at the seminar will come in handy for the BBA HM students when they will take up the challenges of the professional world.
