N. Shashidhar Reddy discusses quality management and accreditation process of the hospitals

N. Shashidhar Reddy, Quality Head, Fernandes Group of Hospital (Hyderabad) spoke about the quality management and accreditation process of the hospitals at a workshop organised by the Department of Hospital Management on 18th August.

While interacting with the audience, Reddy discussed how to improve the quality of services provided in a hospital & how to get accreditation for a hospital. The students got a details idea of quality management and its functioning in a hospital from the workshop. They understood the various aspects of the hospital quality department. It is expected that the workshop will help the students to understand how hospital operations, the functioning of the quality department and various aspects of the hospital accreditation.

70 students of BBA (HM) attended the workshop. Lucky Adhikary, Assistant Professor, Department of Hospital Management and Suvayan Biswas, Assistant Professor. Department of Hospital Management were the coordinators of the event.
