Your 'second-home' welcomes you! Classes begin for UG 1st semester students

"I am a bit worried and nervous but excited at the same time to meet my teachers and make new friends here," said a 1st year student from the Department of Media Science and Journalism on the first day of her college life. She has come all the way from Bankura and was accompanied by her parents. Her father said, "I am really impressed with this huge campus. I was there when her SIP was going on and she was really enjoying it!"

The classes for UG 1st semester students at Brainware University commenced on 17th August. On the first day, 3rd semester and 5th-semester students from the Media Science Department went around the campus with mics and cameras, noting the reactions of the newcomers on the 1st day and reporting the events from the university premises.

The new batch entered the college campus with their eyes full of dreams and hearts full of expectations. Over the next few years, Brainware University is going to be their home where they will attend classes, make friends, make memories, face disappointments, take part in several activities and achieve excellence.

A student from Tripura was having a nice time with her group whom she befriended at the food court. She said, "I was afraid to leave home and come to study so far in this unknown place. But now I am really enjoying the campus vibes. The seniors with whom I have interacted so far are very friendly and cooperative and there is no scene of ragging here. I am enjoying my time here."
