Ensuring quality in Hospital Management; Jayeeta Sen Das discusses at workshop

At present, hospitals and other healthcare providers can establish a successful business through the application of various hospital quality and standards. The Department of Hospital Management organised a workshop on 'Quality management system in present healthcare' on 13th August 2022. The session was conducted by Jayeeta Sen Das, Deputy Manager, Quality Assurance, Narayana Health, Howrah, West Bengal.

Das pointed out the current scenario of Hospital Management in India to the audience that consisted of BBA and MBA students. To improve the condition and satisfaction of patients, ensuring quality and safe healthcare is of utmost importance. At the workshop, the areas of hospital management that need upgradation were pointed out.

At Brainware University, the students will find a blend of academic curriculum and industry exposure from the very first day. A working knowledge of the industry is very important for BBA and MBA students. The Department of Hospital Management has arranged for a series of workshops on pertinent issues of the domain. The speakers are all industry insiders and skilled professionals who provide an overview of the industry for the students.

The session by Jayeeta Sen Das was an enlightening one for the students and various doubts and queries of the students were solved in the course of the session.
