Workshop on Salesforce Basics

Creating future industrialists

To provide the students a training on ‘Salesforce Basics’ the department of Computational Science, Brainware University organised a workshop from April 18 to April 19, 2022 from 5 PM onwards. Tanmoy Das,Technical Team Lead, Mindtree, Bhubaneswar was the speaker of this workshop.

The speaker introduces ‘Salesforce’ as an important tool. He furthermore emphasizes the use of salesforce.com, force.com and cloud technology. “Our main objective is to optimize the performance of the sales and the marketing teams” added the speaker.

Das discussed the various types of salesforce basics and related technology. With the help of this customer relation management platform, one can achieve the most promising business plans and solve the biggest challenges. So to create a successful career and a better future, exposure to this particular platform is indispensable.

The two day workshop was very interactive and it ended with a Q and A session. The participants were enlightened by the knowledge of how to build stronger relationships with customers and accelerate business growth.
