AHS student Soumya Roy secures a position in the top 30% students in Eduno International Olympiad 2022

Securing a position among the top 30% students in Eduno International Olympiad 2022 is by no means a small feat but the humble Soumya Roy accepted all congratulations with a shy smile. The boy from Purba Bardhaman has shown what a determined soul can achieve.

Soumya is a 2nd-sem student at the School of Allied Health Sciences at Brainware University. Though Soumya is pursuing Optometry, his ultimate objective is to become a doctor. He received a medal and a merit certificate for securing a place among the top 30% of the students who appeared in the Eduno International Olympiad 2022.

"Many people ask me why I am currently pursuing Optometry if my goal is to pursue Medical. My response is Optometry is also my area of interest and in order to meet my expenses for Medical studies, I need to have a source of earning first," said a shy but focused Soumya who is planning to pay for his own Medical studies.

Soumya's accomplishment will certainly be an example for future batches to make a mark in international academic forums!
