AHS students attend an informative session on critical care management from Pain Management Specialist

On November 12, 2022, the Department of Allied Health Sciences organised a workshop on 'Ventilation and Critical Care Management' at the university auditorium. Dr. Manish De, Pain Management Specialist, CMRI Hospitals and ESI Sealdah was the Guest Speaker at the event.

Dr. De discussed the basics of face mask, ventilation, intubation and airway management with the paramedical students. He highlighted the approach the AHS students must undertake in critical cases. The AHS students also got an overview of their career options available ahead of them.

The session was very informative for the students, and they got a lot of information about their career prospects from the seminar
