The vibrancy at Creative Fest 2022!

On November 19, 2022, the Department of Multimedia put up a splendid spectacle with the Creative Fest. The students were delighted to get the chance to show their creativity and what they created was a bewilderment for all.

Students and faculty members from other departments visited the art and craft exhibition put up by the Department of Multimedia. The digital canvas was also conquered by the students with some extraordinary artworks. The students also made some interesting video reels and captivated the audience with some fascinating photographs.

A cultural programme was also organised by the students at the university auditorium which was designed with some mesmerising performances of singing and dancing. Parag Roy, HOD, Department of Graphics was the Chief Guest at the event. Referring to the timeless masterpiece of Satyajit Ray 'Sonar Kella', he reminded the students of a dialogue by Sidhu Jyatha - "Keep the windows of your heart open!" This is one of the most important qualities of an artist.

He suggested to the students, "Bring in the X-factor in your art. Other than the technique, visual art will have to go through various changes."

The event ended with a ravishing ramp walk which was enjoyed by the students to a great deal!
