Brainware University, in collaboration with Crystal Minds, successfully hosted a seminar on ‘Exam Phobia: Causes and Remedies’ on March 4, 2017, at The Conclave. |
With board exams knocking on the door, students had been under severe stress, stress related nervous breakdown being common. Thus, to discuss and dispel Exam Phobia, we developed a series of useful web-content, comprising helpful tips and suggestions, and circulated them among prospective examinees. A series of charts, tables, and infographics and interviews were uploaded on the web from time to time. Our tasks culminated in the Seminar on “Exam Phobia: Causes and Remedies”, held on March 4, 2017. Besides e-mailers, sms-es were sent out to help students and guardians register with our campaign. They also posed questions on the web for our expert panel to answer. |
For our project, we conducted a series of interviews with people, from various walks of life, starting from examinees, young professionals, and health experts to academicians, author and journalist. The programme began with the panel discussion comprising Dr. Rima Mukherji, Director of Crystal Minds, and her team- Dr Susmita Haldar, Clinical Psychologist, Dr Indrani Dutta, Clinical Psychologist, Dr Anuttama Banerjee, Psychologist ,Dr Jhuma Basak, Psychoanalyst and Mrs Lipica Bhattacharya, Special Educator. |
